Virtual Private Server (VPS) is ideal for personal or individual usage.
Utilizing a custom-built physical server allows you to harness the complete array of computer resources.
Web storage is a vital component of the modern digital landscape, serving, storing and managing data online.
This article summarizes the available payment methods in the VIPY system, how billing works, and the lifecycle of your services.
Multiple automated payment options are available on our platform, providing nearly instant processing:
You may also pay via bank transfer upon request — please contact us for details. Invoices or receipts are generated automatically within a few minutes after payment and sent via email to your notification address(es). They can also be downloaded anytime from your account.
Billing profiles can be updated anytime within the project, but the account holder is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided data. Retroactive modifications are only possible with an administrative fee.
We send reminder emails 7 days and 3 days before the service expiration. Optionally, Discord webhook notifications can also be enabled. After the expiration date, the service remains active for 3 additional days and is retained for another 2 days before deletion.
To avoid accidental expirations, you can enable automatic renewal (via Barion) on the service’s billing page. In this case, your registered bank card will be charged 3 days before expiration, and if the charge fails, you’ll receive a notification.
No special action is required to cancel. If the service expires naturally, it will be deleted 5 days after the expiration date, including all associated backups and data.
On the 5th day after expiration, the service and all related data are permanently deleted.
After deletion, data recovery is not possible.
